The company's catalogue is made up exclusively of cleared music masters and publishing for immediate placement and licensing. M A S T E R S C A P E features pre-cleared A&R'd music from all genres from Atlanta Hip Hop to traditional New Mexican; Punk to Pop; Metal to World; Acoustic to Electronica and everything in between. M A S T E R S C A P E offers music for all of a productions needs including songs, temp tracks, background cues, trailer music, sound design and music supervision. ABOUT THE PRINCIPALS Michael Davenport's began his career in film at 14 in New Mexico working as an assistant to the notorious Sam Peckinpah. He moved to Los Angeles after high school where he made his mark in the film, television and music industries. He has worked with such diverse acts as Ozzy Osborne, Eddie Money, Scorpions, Whitesnake and Emerson, Lake and Palmer. He has received over 150 gold and platinum awards for his participation on albums by the likes of Santana, Guns & Roses, Blue Man Group, David Bowie, Slipknot, Alanis Morrisette, Ricky Martin and the motion picture soundtracks for 8 Mile, American Pie, The Scorpion King, Spawn, I Am Sam, The Matrix Reloaded and South Park. Michael currently owns and operates Expressive Artists, a full service music supervision and management company. His producer/engineer clients have garnered numerous Grammy awards & nominations. Tom Frouge's music career started at world and roots music record labels including executive positions at Putumayo World Music and Triloka Records. He has worked in nearly every facet of the music business, including radio, video production, record producer, manager and concert presenter (currently co-producer and co-curator of the annual ¡Globalquerque! music fest, which recently completed its 5th year). He has worked with such diverse acts as Iraqi oud virtuoso Rahim AlHaj, Miriam Makeba, Juno-award winner Kiran Ahluwalia, award winning Celtic acts Altan and Sharon Shannon, Rosalie Sorrels, RIOT, Kris Kristofferson and many others. Tom currently owns and operates Avokado Artists, a full service music supervision and management company. His clients have won or been nominated for multiple Grammy awards. Both Michael and Tom make their homes in New Mexico.
