About: ROAR is a character-driven feature film written and directed by Edward D Padilla and produced by Asphodel Meadow Films.
We are seeking two male actors, late 20s, for the roles of RONAN and AIDEN for a two-evening Proof of Concept shoot in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
RONAN: Quiet, isolated, observant. Seeking a restrained, internal performance.
AIDEN: Steady, kind, increasingly frayed. Seeking an actor who can convey vulnerability without sentimentality.
Non-Union. Volunteer / unpaid. A small stipend may be possible depending on funding.
Actors must be comfortable swimming fully clothed. The Proof of Concept includes a pool sequence. No nudity.
Information: Riley is already cast. We are currently seeking actors for Ronan and Aiden.
The Proof of Concept will shoot for two evenings in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Exact dates will be coordinated with selected actors.
This is a non-union, volunteer production. No guaranteed compensation. A small stipend may be possible depending on funding. Actors are responsible for their own transportation.
The Proof of Concept includes a pool sequence. All three principal actors will enter and swim fully clothed. Actors must be comfortable swimming while wearing clothing. Riley appears without a shirt for part of the sequence. No nudity.
Actors selected for the Proof of Concept may be considered for the corresponding roles in the feature film once financing is secured, subject to scheduling, availability, and mutual agreement.
