The Contractor shall provide detailed services and deliverables that support the New Mexico Media Arts Collective (NMMAC), New Mexico Economic Development Department (NMEDD), and New Mexico Film Office (NMFO) priorities, including implementation of existing established legislative strategy to secure funding in the 2027 session, development and structure for FY28 NMMAC programming, creation of a cross sector task force to support the MAC, stakeholder relations and partner development and engagement, continuity and records, consistent reporting, other strategic initiatives, special projects, planning efforts, and related services as requested by NMEDD or NMFO during the term of this Agreement. The services described in this Scope of Work are representative of the anticipated work and may be modified or expanded by mutual agreement to address evolving agency priorities, emerging opportunities, and operational needs. The work is to be completed between November 16, 2026, and June 30, 2027. This RFP will be a single award.
