About: Sit Down is a short film about an aspiring stand-up comedian struggling with the loss of a friend.
We are casting the role of HARPER, the main character's sister.
- white, female, early 20s
- the actor we've cast as her brother is tall, so over 5'5 is preferable but not a deal breaker
- Harper is funny and empathetic; she tries to support her brother despite his reluctance
This is a low-budget, nonunion project. It is unpaid, but for someone coming from out of town, we can cover travel, housing, and a small stipend.
