SANTA FE, N.M. - Amber Dodson, the New Mexico State Film Office Director, announced today that the documentary “Drops of Water: Lubomyr Melnyk and His Continuous Music” will begin principal photography in September in and around Albuquerque, NM.
Directed by John Luke Grubb of Good Point Productions (“Happy Birthday” “Wrong Guy”) and produced by Carey Rose O’Connell of the Albuquerque Film & Media Incubator, “Drops of Water” will capture pianist Lubomyr Melnyk’s essence and techniques, and is the culmination of a lifetime of adoration for music and filmmaking.

As part of the Drops of Water documentary,
Lubomyr Melnyk will perform a special concert at Keller Hall on Saturday, September 25th. We invite the public to experience the magic of this one-of-a-kind pianist.”
