New Mexico Film Office Announces Digital Interactive Program, “Science Theater and Interactives”
Santa Fe, NM - Amber Dodson, the New Mexico Film Office Director, announced today that the conceptual design of Ideum’s digital media piece, “Science Theater and Interactives,” will be produced in Corrales through the end of January.
Directed by James Spadaccini and produced by Rebecca Shreckengast, “Science Theater and Interactives” is the first-of-its-kind interactive media piece for a theater, along with digital exhibits for a science center. The digital media endeavor is the first phase of a multiyear project to develop interactive media in tandem with digital exhibits.
“We look forward to designing an interactive program for the science museum theater, along with a set of complimentary exhibits,” Spadaccini said. “We love the challenge of exploring current events, complex and controversial topics in science and society.”
The digital exhibition creation will employ approximately 8 New Mexico crew members.
