The New Mexico Film Office Announces Feature Film “Without Consequence” Begins Production in New Mexico

Santa Fe, N.M. - New Mexico Film Office Director Amber Dodson announced today that the feature film, “Without Consequence,” will begin filming in and around Las Vegas throughout October.

“Without Consequence” is produced by Phil Blattenberger (“Condor's Nest”) and Dan Black (“Point Man”) and is written and directed by Blattenberger. The feature film takes place at the dawn of the Cold War as a pair of U.S. Marshals search for a wanted murderer.

“We’re incredibly excited to bring our production to New Mexico,” Blattenberger stated. “From the breathtaking landscapes, diverse cultures, and the phenomenal infrastructure, we’ve found everything we need to match the exact vision of our movie.”

The production will employ over 50 New Mexicans – approximately 20 as background talent, 26 resident crew members, and 8 principal actors.
