New Mexico Film Office Announces Short Film, “Neon Vowels,” Wraps Production
Santa Fe, NM - Amber Dodson, the New Mexico State Film Office Director, announced today that the short film “Neon Vowels” has filmed in November, in and around Cochiti Pueblo.
Directed and produced by Sergio Caballero (“Things to Do Before You Die”), also produced by Jenn Garcia (“Pozole”), Smokey Nelson, and Kristina Kim (“Temporary Difficulties”), “Neon Vowels” follows a robot as it begins to define its identity via multiple, short interactions.
The production employed approximately 15 New Mexico crew members, 5 background/extras, and 6 New Mexico principal actors.
